June 2026 BTO Vibes is a map-led comparison board for one launch batch: seven projects from the June 2026 BTO launch, in Ang Mo Kio, Bishan / Upper Thomson, Bukit Merah, Sembawang and Woodlands. Each project gets a rough site anchor, nearby public-context signals, and a compact view across family, transport, care, food, greenery and other neighborhood factors, so the batch can be read side by side instead of one page at a time.
Its scores rank the seven sites only against each other, one lens at a time, and the board presents them as relative rankings within this launch, not a universal verdict. Housing decisions depend on eligibility, finances and family circumstances that a hobby map cannot see, so the board makes the nearby context easier to inspect and leaves the decision with the people who have the full picture.
How it works
The neighborhood scores are compact medians derived from VibeHood’s public building dataset around each anchor. They sit next to HDB launch details such as classification, unit count, wait time, flat types and subsidy recovery.
Because final block postal codes did not exist yet, the board works from launch-page geography and nearby existing postal codes. The anchors were re-checked against the official HDB and MyNiceHome project maps rather than road-name geocoding alone. That makes them useful for orientation and comparison, not for exact block-level claims.
Boundaries
The source boundary: official housing details should come from official HDB materials. The board can sit beside those materials, but it does not replace them, reproduce final eligibility guidance, or claim to know outcomes that only official pages can confirm.
The comparison boundary: neighborhood medians, accessibility context, amenity counts and similar signals are non-official summaries derived from public or locally curated data. They help describe surroundings. They are not housing advice, financial advice, or a ranking of what anyone should apply for.
The time boundary: this is a dated study of the June 2026 launch. Anchors, walk times and neighborhood scores are approximate, and prices and rules shown in the board are not current housing guidance.
The board’s own About panel repeats these limits: it is not an official HDB tool, it is not affiliated with VibeHood, and final decisions should be checked against HDB launch materials, maps, eligibility rules and the reader’s own commute routes.
Kept for revival
Storage update · 10 October 2026. The BTO app is retained for possible revival: its source, unpublished edits, reference maps and public research packet stay available locally. Historical research-cache inputs are preserved in a private archive with checksums and tested restoration. The app uses its separate public bundle; reproducing the offline research pipeline requires restoring that cache. This remains a dated June 2026 study, not current housing guidance.
